Q: What type of controlled access does the building have?
A: Your safety is of the utmost importance to us and is reflected in the controlled access we have in place.

  • A key fob is needed to enter the building at all entrances, including entrances from the parking garage
  • A key fob in needed to use the elevator
  • There is an intercom system at the front entrance for guests
  • Cameras are in place in the parking garage and common areas
  • There is a courtesy officer in the building from Thursday through Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Q: What is the range for HOA fees?
A: Homeowner Association fees range from $294 to $357 per month, depending upon the size of the unit. The fees are approximately 24¢ per square foot.

Q: What services are covered by these fees?
A: Water, sewer, trash removal, master building insurance, building-management fees, as well as use of the pool, courtyard, fitness center, and club room.

Q: What provisions are there for parking?
A: There is secure parking in the building. Parking spaces are allotted according to the number of bedrooms in a unit. So, the residents of a 2 Bedroom condo would be allotted two parking spaces.

Q: Is the building convenient to mass transit?
A: The R-Line is a FREE, eco-friendly hybrid electric bus that stops in front of the building, connecting you to restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, museums and more. Click here for a map of R-Line.

Q: How is the building managed?
A: It is managed by a private management company.

Q: What is the neighborhood like?
A: It is in the heart of Raleigh’s nightlife, with clubs, restaurants, shopping centers and more, and it is very pedestrian friendly.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: All pets must be under 50 pounds, and residents can have up to two pets per unit.

There is a dog park nearby that you and your pets can enjoy.

Q: How many units are in the building?
A: There are 117 units in the building. There is a 25% availability for investors

Q: Who are the developers?
A: Halter Realty Group LLC and Trammell Crow Residential Company.

Q: How do I dispose of my trash and recycling?
A: We have trash chutes on each floor so that homeowners can toss it down without any inconvenience. There are recycling areas on each parking level.

Q: Can I reserve the Club Room for an event?
A: Yes! This is a privilege extended only to our homeowners. There is no fee, but we ask the room be returned to its previous condition.

Q: Where is my mailbox?
A: Homeowners may pick up their mail in the mail room which is on the lobby floor. They may also pick up packages, newspapers, and dry cleaning as well

Q: What are the property taxes?
A: Property taxes can range from $2,000 - $4,000 a year depending on the assessed value of your unit which is determined by the City of Raleigh.
